you see the subtle and 【act with sure hands to cure the disease】
A true 【good Chinese doctor】
does not heal for 【money】
but has a 【kind heart】
【intends】 to rescue 【all beings under heaven】
【vows】 that 【no one shall suffer asthma】
even if it leaves 【himself jobless】
He has 【knowledge】 and 【experience】
whether old or young
always 【keeps】 a 【childlike heart】
thirsty for 【knowledge】
seeking 【truth】 upward
He may have
treated 【countless】 patients
with 【considerable】 success
yet 【always】
falls short 【by a hair’s breadth】
almost well but 【not fully well】
not cured 【to the root】
within a year or half
it 【flares up again】
About 【modern-day】 asthma
With gratitude
this is what our 【Master】 said
Clear 【fire】, clear 【cold】, clear 【toxin】
【External fire】, internal cold
Fire is a 【false appearance】
Using 【cold】 to quell fire
only makes the cold 【colder】
Using 【fire】 to quell fire
must first expel 【internal cold】
Cold 【suppresses toxin】
so 【no symptom shows】
The longer the 【suppression】
the deeper the 【toxin】
Once 【cold】 is removed
【toxin】 rushes out
Use 【fire】 to attack toxin
yet fire may 【burn oneself】
Mutual generation and 【mutual conquest】
Use 【toxin】 to fight toxin
Strike when 【unprepared】
Employ a 【false toxin】
Though called 【false toxin】
it is actually an 【undercover agent】
Work from 【inside and outside in unison】
Wipe out the 【drug lord】
Distinguish 【true from false】
Increase 【wisdom】
While 【removing toxin】
also 【absorb toxin】
Inhale poison, 【eat poison】
Fall into 【endless doom】
First remove 【acute toxin】
Then remove 【chronic toxin】
First remove 【external toxin】
Then remove 【internal toxin】
First remove 【major toxin】
Then remove 【minor toxin】
Toxin is in 【qi】
Use 【qi】 to clear toxin
Toxin is in 【blood】
Use 【blood】 to clear toxin
Toxin is in 【fat】
Use 【fat】 to clear toxin
【Tooth for tooth】
【Eye for eye】
【Toxin for toxin】
This is the 【right path】
When 【defensive qi】 stands firm
【pathogenic qi】 cannot invade
Once 【cold toxin】 is gone
